This is delicious! Our friend made this for our recent get together and I can tell you, it did NOT last long. If you are looking for a quick and easy crowd pleaser, this should be your go to.
Spinach and Prawn Damper Dip
1 damper bread
1 packet of frozen spinach
1 sachet of french onion soup
300 ml sour cream
1 tin of cooked prawns
Cut a hole in the top of your damper.
Mix all of the other ingredients together and place in the hole that you have cut in the damper.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
When you are ready to serve, break up the part of the damper you removed to make the hole and use as dipping pieces. Once the dipping pieces have been eaten, break off dip covered damper until all gone.
Yum, yum and yum!!!
