Slice recipes don’t get much easier than this one!
1 cup SR Flour
1 cup coconut
1 cup caster sugar
1 cup choc chips or 1 cup mixed dried fruit
125 grams melted butter
Grease and line a square tin with baking paper (roughly 23cm x 23cm)
Add wet to dry. Press into prepared tin.
Bake in a moderate oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool in tin.
Slice it, eat it and enjoy it with a cuppa.
